Kobe-shi is located at the bottom of Hyogo, kinda protected from Tsunamis by Osaka and Shikoku from the looks of the map...

*drool* we all know why.. kobe beef... I have to have to have to try that >_<
Kobe is huge... no idea yet if I'm going somewhere city or inaka or what.. hoping I will land somewhere like Sapporo... Slight disappointment that I'm not in my requested areas of Hokkaido, Okinawa or Kyoto. But rethinking now, Kobe is actually a good placement since it is pretty much in the middle of Japan, which allows for easy travel~ Plus since I didnt really cover Kansai, Shikoku, Chugoku area as part of my travels during Hokkaido one year.. this would be a good chance~~
Will be spending the evening and night reading up on Kobe.

Met his parents, brother, aunt, aunt's husband and daughter (aka his cousin) for the cousin's birthday dinner. 彼氏's maternal family side has fine facial feature - all of them have really pretty faces, smooth dry skin which makes them look really young and sensual. To the aunt - Thank you for your compliments, I enjoy and am proud of my assets.. lol
His graduation yesterday. Pretty overwhelming walking into an unfamiliar institute of young (suppose-to-be-studying) people in their late teens with raging hormones, fun-loving, book-hugging and crazy. Makes me miss NUS >_< Miss the days of sitting at the wooden pinic tables outside the tutorial rooms revising Japanese language or doing quick last minute readings.
Notes: 彼氏 has pretty good looking friends.

Kickboxing Pilates
Class was split into 2 - the first 20minutes was on kickboxing aerobics. The second half was mat exercises - mostly breathing and stretching.. I've kinda forgotten how to breath.. but i remember most that I learnt breathing mainly from my yoga classes in Japan.

Still pending placement - hope it comes soon~ Hokkaido, Okinawa or Kyoto..? or some other place..? Hoping it is a small city with a stormy winter.
It suddenly hit me strong and hard that I'm leaving behind 彼氏、Family, Bobby and friends in about 2.5 months. It is really not alot of time. Last night for one giddy moment I wondered if it is the right choice, but that idea only lasted 10 seconds and I still stand that it is the right choice to make me tougher, stronger, more independent and more appreciative of the people around me who deserves it. I can be strong because I know you are there, waiting for me to come back.
Most friends and relatives generally ask 3 items once they know I'm going for JET
1) How about your boyfriend? >> He will wait for me. We will be fine.
2) How about your twin sister? >> We're both adults, we live our own lives.
3) When are you leaving and where? >>5th August and I dont know yet. I'll let you know again once placement is out in June :)

Surprised given that I'm departing in 1.5 months, but good work still has to be rewarded i guess ^_^v
It is shocking to look back and suddenly realize that next month 15th I would have joined the company as credit analyst for approximately 2 years. 2.5 years if I include the 6 months temp.

Bossing! I'll probably never get to reach 200, but we're now going for all the major bosses~ CZAK, CHT, PB, CYGNUS (oh when oh when can we down PB?)

Submitted the reply form via Email which Tina kindly replied to confirm its arrival.
Now I'm just waiting for the JET package, placement (likely late May-Early June) and school allocation (Mid June)
Likely to have a orientation at the Embassy around 13th July.
Flying off on around 5th August.
Need to :
Buy omiyage, get workwear, some suits, working shoes (my current clothing are considered too non-conservative for Japan's must-cover-collar-bone standard)

2 months plus.. it feels alot longer than that.. we have 3 more months.. it feels very short >_< Everything is relative.
There are so many things to do together...

My boss and boss boss is aware of my pending tender. Informed boss that my last day will be 13th July, and will submit the letter next week. :)
Need inform colleagues >_< that's the tougher part...
Friends
Let's meet up once before I meet. I'm thinking to do a chalet and invite everyone maybe, or just meet up for lunch/dinner...
